SCHOOL VISITS AT QUEX FARM

Quex Park are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) Farming and Educator certification for hosting local school visits to our farm.

LEAF’s core mission is to promote agricultural literacy by encouraging school visits to working farms so children can learn about traditional farming methods and food production.

Here at Quex Park, we welcome local schools to visit so children can get a real understanding about how their food moves from ‘field to fork’. Classroom learning is also supported, by reinforcing what the children are currently learning about nature, farming and the environment in their own year groups.
