Quex Park at the Living Land Event

In May, Quex Park’s Farm Manager David Whitehead and Education Officer Jack Scott attended the 2025 Living Land event at the Kent showground at Detling.

Living Land is a free one-day event open to Kent Primary school children showcasing farming, agriculture, the countryside and healthy eating. The event gives children the opportunity to get up close to where their food comes from, ask questions from the producers and experience farming and agriculture for themselves.

A busy day for them both and as Jack explained "2,800 children and two sore voices!"
